The Aire Serv front office staff are pleasant and considerate to work with over the phone. They handle the scheduling and process the requests for work. The Aire Serv Technician, specifically Edgar, is a jewel to work with. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and cares about his work and the customer. We very much appreciate him coming out. We hope to continue our long history with this business and pray that pricing will remain within our budgetary considerations given that the cost of living has risen post-pandemic for everyone. I'm posting another review because Aire Serv has done it again! I called one of their competitors and they told me it would be a two week wait. Then, I called Aire Serv, and they were super friendly and accommodating. The technician came out the same day and fixed our thermostat. They have my future business! So glad we found them!
Michael Alba and George were the service technicians. They are very professional and Michael expertly diagnosed a complex problem with the heating controls board on my A/C unit. After his diagnosis he explained the system’s functionality and the problem to me. He then explained the cost to repair the unit. I highly recommend this company for your A/C unit service and maintenance needs.In addition, this company provides timely step by step communications throughout the process from arranging your service, scheduling the technician, getting an upfront firm cost of repairs, and assuring your satisfaction with the job.
I'm a first time customer. The technician and his partner somehow accidentally broke the attic cover (sheet rock) while working in the attic. They are both denying they broke it.
The bottom line is they should have said something when it happened. It wasn't broken before they arrived and was after they left. It's inexpensive to replace, but that's not the point. It's the trust and integrity of it.
I spoke with the front desk who offered to repair/replace it on the next visit. However, that would be a year from now. I asked if it could be done any sooner. She said no and argued that it was a courtesy to fix it. She said that because both technicians denied breaking the sheet rock, she believes it was already like that and if it was just one technician it would be different. This is very frustrating.
Our tech was Estevan. He was professional and honest and repaired an installation issue while servicing our unit (we aren't the original owners, but Aire Serve did the original install). Front desk staff are helpful and there's plenty communication.
